to inform the results secretary of a postponement,
as soon as they are informed by their pitch.
This will allow the referee to be moved
to one of the uncovered matches

Secretaries are again reminded that they
confirm the match with the referee.
Failure to confirm may result in a
fine and loss of referee

Home Secretaries are reminded
that they must confirm kit colours
when they confirm with the opposition,
and it is the HOME TEAM who must change
if there is a colour clash.
This also applies to the Goalkeepers colours
Home teams should ensure that any litter left
around the pitches is removed before leaving the site
Home Secretaries are again reminded
that they MUST inform the Results Secretary
when a game is Postponed.
Failure to inform will result in a fine.
Secretaries are reminded that the HOME team
are responsible for:-
1. Informing the Result Secretary of the match result as soon
after the final whistle as possible
2. Informing the Results Secretary if a game is postponed.
This should be done as soon as you are informed.
There is no need to wait until Sunday afternoon
3. Confirming the match with the opposition and referee
before 9.00pm on Thursday night
Referee costs for the WHOLE season
will be SHARED between the two teams.
it remains the responsibility of the
HOME team to pay the referee their FULL fee
